Upcycled wood cookbook stand, recipe box and salt & pepper grinder set. The stand is hand carved Sheesham wood (a type of Rosewood) from India, and I have hand painted it in turquoise. The recipe box is painted turquoise and decoupaged in an abstract flower pattern. The grinders are painted turquoise and white, lightly distressed and finished with a protective clear coat. They are painted white beneath the aqua, so that the white and natural wood are both showing through in the distressed areas.
The grinders and recipe box are new upcycled, the stand is vintage.
The cookbook stand is carved from a single piece of wood and can be folded flat.
Perfect for rustic kitchen decor or a wedding, Mother's Day or housewarming gift for someone special!
