Free standing, countertop paper towel holder. Heavy cast iron, hand painted in soft cottage white and lightly distressed with a protective clear coat. The top Fleur de Lis unscrews to change the paper towel roll. Rubber feet protect your countertop. A Fleur de Lis and scroll work make this the perfect addition to your shabby chic or French farmhouse kitchen decor!
