Chinoiserie lamp set

Set of 2 beautiful porcelain Chinoiserie lamps. Antique white, accented with gold gilt, brass bases and porcelain ball finials. Chinoiserie is a European depiction of Asian art. You will notice the European thatched roofs and Tudor beams on the building, and people who look to be more European than Asian. The lamp harps are slightly different heights, making the overall height half an inch different. The brass bases are patinaed, or they can polished to a shine. The brown plug is Bakelite and probably original, with the white plug being a replacement. They work fine as they are, but I would be happy to rewire them, if you prefer more updated wiring. You can request this in the "instructions to seller" during checkout. The rewiring will be complimentary.
